It's becoming a tradition to stop by the falls whenever I am in the area. Not much has changed from my last vists. Its a good place for lunch if you do not mind the gravel parking lot making your vehicle a bit dusty.
Ventured to the upper falls to join some spectators. Some mother was letting her kids play on the rocks near the waterfall, which I thought was a foolish decision. (There is fencing in place everywhere for a reason.)
Dropped by the lower falls to investigate if anyone was brave enough to swim in the crystal waters. Only a single dog determined to retrieve his ball braved through the cold pool.
On my way back across the bridge I found a nifty shortcut from the lower falls back up to the top of the trail. Murdered my legs a bit in preparation for future hiking adventures.
