ROUTEN IN DER NäHE
HERUNTERLADEN
ZUSAMMENFASSUNG: Most of the elevation gain is done on a steep grind. Once on the ridge the trail forks, left leading to Ford Mountain and right leading to William's ridge/peak. The trail is well marked up to the ridge with orange diamonds, however, once on the ridge sparse flagging tape is the main source of navigation.

The trail starts off on a dirt road. About 3 minutes of walking on said road there is a nice (new) post marking the start of the trail for William's ridge. In the summer some bushwacking is required to reach the base of the mountain. There is orange tape wrapped around two trees at the start of the climb. It is a steep climb upwards with two archaic cabins that are half destroyed along the way. The first cabin is passed early on, and the second serves as a handy indicator that the ridge is close by. Once on ridge turn right at the fork and head towards William's Peak.
