Normally this trail is stroller friendly ... not today. It is covered in fallen trees. We first had to lift the stroller off the over the snow banks from the plows and then once we made it on the trail we could go any further. I wouldnt even recommend with baby carrier! But once they get the trees cleared it should be perfect once again!
