Of course it had to be sunny in Vancouver while the North shore was overtaken by clouds. Never been up Fromme before: too close to our back yard, so now was the time to explore. Parked close to the gate and walked along the road: the trailhead is right after the two water massive water tanks.
The lower part of the mountain is a maze of trails, both hiking and mountain biking; we did our best to pick the ones heading up and along the ridge. Unfortunately, our GPS ran out of batteries, so no full track for this one, although I managed to capture a few points at the top. Snow started at around 1000m, and the views would have been quite nice if it actually cleared up. Not a single person on the trail; very quiet, warm and peaceful.
