We did a lollipop loop, up Ira Spring trail -> west peak -> Bandera true summit -> west peak -> Mason Lake -> Mason Creek trail.

From Little Bandera (west peak) to Bandera is boot path + boulder hopping. Minor navigation challenge.
Ira Spring trail is too crowded (at least 100 hikers). We only met one family on Mason Creek trail.
The Mason Lake road was full of cars.
Quite some small flies along the trail. A minor nuisance.
